Mission

With A Safe Start,
A Life-Changing Journey in Japan.

🌠 Why is Support Necessary?

Accurate information and Japanese language skills are key to a smooth start!

In Japan, English is not widely used, and procedures at city halls, banks, and phone companies are usually only in Japanese. Online applications can be complicated and may take weeks to finish. Rules and documents also differ by country, making it hard to rely on online information alone. That’s why interpreter support and access to the latest information right after arrival are essential for peace of mind and a stress-free life.

🌠 How We Can Help?

Even if you don’t speak Japanese, no problem!

You can always consult with us in English, and we’ll clear up your worries and questions on the spot. Our staff, who have experience with Working Holiday and studying abroad, understand the challenges of living overseas and will guide you with care. Procedures that are difficult to handle alone become safe and smooth when you do them together with us.

🌠 Beyond Our Support ?

A new challenge can become a life-changing experience!

Once the worries about language and the stress of procedures are gone, what opens up is an environment where you can truly challenge yourself. In a different culture, you can enjoy new encounters, and step into new challenges with confidence. We are here to fully support you in building the foundation of daily life, so you can focus on what you truly came to Japan to do.

Helping newcomers to Japan start smoothly and with peace of mind.

I have traveled the world and lived abroad. When I first went to Australia on a Working Holiday, I couldn’t speak English and didn’t know what to do. I still remember how difficult it was to open a bank account, get a phone, and find a job. That is why the challenges foreigners face —language barriers, cultural differences, and complicated systems—are not just “someone else’s problems” to me.

In Japan, the paperwork is especially overwhelming, and handling everything in Japanese can be a huge burden. I don’t want people to waste their precious time on stressful procedures or, worse, end up in unsafe situations. That is why we support you in taking your very first steps safely and smoothly. We want every person to feel, “I’m so glad I came to Japan!” and we provide heartfelt, one-on-one support to make that possible.
